Full Length Paper Submission Process

NITCon-2025 is happy to inform you that we have opened the link to submit your full-length paper.  Please Read Carefully and follow the instructions to submit your Full-length Paper.

1.     Only authors whose abstracts have been accepted (as communicated via email through Microsoft CMT) will be eligible to submit a full-length paper for further processing.

 

2.     You are required to upload your full-length (8-12 pages) paper, in pdf format, on the Springer Nature online platform called EquinOCS. Firstly, you are required to Register yourself in EquinOCS (in case of a new user). The process of uploading the paper is easy, but if you need any assistance, feel free to contact-  Jt. 3.     Pdf file name should be in Paper_Abstract ID (3digit). E.g. – If your Abstract ID is - 9, Please write the file name of pdf as Paper_009

 

4.     The format for Full length paper preparation is given in the conference website – Author’s guideline section, in editable format. Please also ensure that all guidance text is removed from your full-length paper prior to submission to the conference.

 

5.     The review process requires the uploaded paper to be anonymized. (Though in the given format, Authors name and Affiliations are added but you need to remove them all before uploading your paper in pdf)

 

6.     Please make sure to submit your full-length paper before 15^th November 2024, 11:59pm (Which is the scheduled deadline for submitting full length Paper). This will help us in completing the paper review work in time.
