- The manuscript should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages in the IEEE Conference Format.

- Submitted papers must not have been published previously and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- All submissions will be handled electronically; email submissions will NOT be accepted.
- All submitted papers will undergo peer review by a panel of reviewers to maintain IEEE standards.
