- Authors are requested to submit their manuscript (full length paper) in PDF format.
- The manuscript should be a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 8 pages in the IEEE Conference Format.
- Authors may access the template provided on the conference website.
- Submitted papers must not have been published previously and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- All submissions will be handled electronically; email submissions will NOT be accepted.
- All submitted papers will undergo peer review by a panel of reviewers to maintain IEEE standards.
- Authors are requested to enter the details of all authors in the Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) in the exact same order as they appear in the submitted paper.
