1. IEEE International Conference on Communication and Industrial Application(ICCIA-2011)

   Narula Institute of Technology has Organized 1st IEEE International Conference on Communication and Industrial Application during 26-28 December, 2011.

   The Proceedings of the International Conference was published by IEEE https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=6142445

   The concept of the conference was inspired by the Chairman, IEEE Communication Society, Kolkata Chapter, Region-10, to whom the Institute appealed for IEEE technical assistance to organizing a National level IEEE seminar in the month of December 2011 on the subject "Communication and its Industrial application" in the Institute premises. The concept seeded in the month of June 2011 and materialized in the month of December 2011. the conference received 168 research papers from University students, researchers and young scientists for presentation in the conference from aboard and across the country. A team of highly experienced and revered academicians of national and international universities reviewed the papers. After several rounds of meticulous scrutiny, about 50 papers have been accepted for oral presentation and 10 papers for poster presentation. It is appreciated that most of the accepted papers were submitted by young researchers and of high standard covering thrust areas of Communication and Industrial Applications. We are really honoured to have with us Prof (Dr) Gautam Chakraborty, Professor & Head of Intelligent Informatics Laboratory, Iwate Prefectural University, Japan, as International Advisory Committee member who gave a keynote address "A Novel Paradigm of Chipless RFID Using Metal Patches" in the inaugural ceremony of the conference. We feel that we are extremely privileged to have with us Mr. Manik Sorcar, CEO, Manik Sorcar Inc, USA, Prof(Dr) Aditya Bagchi, India Statistical Institute, Kolkata, Prof(Dr) Pradip Kumar Sadhu, Indian School of

   Mines , Dhanbad, Prof(Dr) Jyotsna Kumar Mandal, Kalyani University, West Bengal, India, Prof(Dr) Debashis Saha, Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and Prof.(Dr) Arijit Roy, West Bengal State University, as plenary lecturers during the conference events. Mr. Ramedu Chatterjee, CEO and MD of Tower Group, has delivered a special lecture during inauguration function of the conference. He highlighted and encouraged entrepreneurial activities to achieve sustainability in social innovation. We are honoured to have with us Prof. Ajoy Kumar Ray, Vice Chancellor, Bengal Science and Engineering University, for his active support as conference chair. We are thankful to Mr. Eric Harpin, renowned Economist and Consulate General, France, for his active participation in the conference. The unwavering contributions by the International and National Advisory committees have been the foundation of the conference. Roy Engineering College, Durgapure and almost all other members, have enhanced the quality of the conference tracks and sessions The success of the event depends on the venue and the host. The Venue of the conference was rightly chosen to be the SCIENCE CITY Convention Centre, Kolkata, fully equipped for International conferences and an appropriate place surrounded by greeneries & flower gardens. The Narula Institute of Technology as the host of the conference is really the best engineering college of JIS group, Kolkata. The JIS group and Tower group are the chief financial sponsors of this conference, without whom this success could not be achieved.

2. 1st International Conference on Computational Advancement in Communication circuit and System (ICCACCS-2014) We have organized 1st International Conference on Computational Advancement in Communication circuit and System (ICCACCS-2014) during ?, 2014. The conference was supported by Technical Education Quality Improvement Program (TEQIP), New Delhi, India and had technical collaboration with IEEE Kolkata Section, along with publication partner by Springer.    The aim of Conference to highlight new theoretical and experimental findings in the field of Electronics and communication engineering including interdisciplinary fields like Advanced Computing, Pattern Recognition and Analysis, Signal and Image Processing. The proceedings cover the principles, techniques and applications in microwave & devices, communication & networking, signal & image processing, and computations & mathematics & control. The proceedings reflect the conference's emphasis on strong methodological approaches and focus on applications within the domain of Computational Advancement in Communication Circuits and Systems. The content also emphasizes the emerging technologies in the Electronics and Communication field together in close examinations of practices, problems and trends.

3. 1st International Conference on Computational Advancement in Applied Science and Engineering (IC2A2SE-2016) TEQIP Sponsored International Conference on Computational Advancement in Applied Science and Engineering (IC2A2SE-2016) was held during 4th October to 6th October 2016 at Narula Institute of Technology, Agarpara, Kolkata, India. Objective of the Conference was to provides a platform to discuss the thought-provoking developments and challenges in these fields of research leading to potential new future directions. The primary objective of IC2A2SE-2016 is to encourage participation of young researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and exchange new ideas.
