Established in the year 2001, the sprawling 5 acres campus with built up area of 25,046 Sq.m. is located at Agarpara in the outskirts of North Kolkata. It is also the Center for School of Management Studies-Narula Institute of Technology. At present 2274 students are pursuing various courses offered (1730 Male & 544 Female) and include 10 foreign students. A Faculty comprising 140 Professors, Asst. Professors, Sr. Lecturers and Lecturers assists the students with State of Art equipments. The campus has 38 Class Rooms, 400 seats seminar hall, 54 laboratories, 610 computers with Leased Line and Wi-Fi connectivity and a library with over 45,000 books and 4000 journals including ejournals (National & International)

The Institute offers B. Tech programmes in six different streams:

- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (60 seats).
It also offers postgraduate M.Tech programme in:

- Power Systems (18 seats),
- Software Engineering*.
Also offer two professional degree courses offered by the college:
- Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA - 120 seats)
