The institute constantly motivates the students to think differently, achieve the benchmark and to face the real challenges in life. The Training & Placement cell works to ensure bright future for all the students for make the future leaders of the industry. A high level of performance of the students not only in the classroom but also in academic co-curricular activities like group discussion, case study, off-site visits, personality development, debates, project works , NSS activities, etc. have helped the institute to earn discipline and teaching methodology. Students are also made to undergo not less than six weeks of industrial training at leading (government/PSU) plants, factories and IT units throughout West Bengal and other states. The Training and Placement Cell closely monitors the training schedule and progress of the students. Training Log-Books are maintained by the students to log their training projects report writing and off-campus training form an important and integral part of the curriculum. Placement Cell of the institute remains in constant touch with the industry to stay updated with every employment opportunities and assists students in getting the best possible placements.
